I appreciated the work of The Lafayette Painting Company as they painted the entire exterior of my house - aluminum siding, plastic shutters, wood and aluminum wrapped trim, and metal doors. They power washed everything well, applied primer, then painted two coats on everything. They did a great job and were great to work with.
Lucas was quick to respond to my request for a quote, provided a detailed quote with a few options, and he was very good at communication through the whole process. I appreciated their attention to detail and quality work. They weren't the cheapest quote I got and neither were they the most expensive, but I think they were a good value and quality for the money. I would recommend them and use them again.

This is the company to use if you are looking for any paint jobs. Transparent, well communicative, great work, and great prices. I got quotes from 4 different painters to repaint the exterior of my house. The quotes ranged from $5K to $16K. Lafayette Painting Co did have one of the most competitive quotes but what really stood out was how transparent and detailed there outline of costs were. Most of the other companies just put the total cost of the project without any breakdown. Lucas, at Lafayette Painting Co, was also always great with communication, making sure we were always up to do date with the latest progress. The project was completed on schedule and with great quality.

Old Color (All brown) vs New Color (White, red door, brown trim)

We found the Lafayette Painting Company on Angi when we requested information on painting two bedrooms with one bedroom needing to be completed within a week because my daughter was coming home on leave from the Navy. Lucas was the first to respond with fantastic pricing and a timetable that met our request. We were so impressed with his communication, pricing, punctuality and his crew’s work ethic and finished product. We were so pleased that we asked if he could fit our second bathroom in. He quoted a great price and came back the next day to complete. We have a date for the crew to complete the second bedroom after my daughter leaves. We are over the moon with the price and finished product and highly recommend Lucas and his men for all your painting projects. You will not be disappointed !!

We had a great experience with The Lafayette Painting Co. from start to finish. They did an excellent job repainting our fence. Their quote was very competitive, and the quality of the work exceeded our expectations.

Communication with Lucas was outstanding through the entire process. He was responsive, professional, and kept us informed every step of the way. Lucas and his team did a wonderful job! We couldn’t be happier with the results and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality work at a fair price.

We contacted Lafayette Painting to obtain a quote for painting the exterior aluminum frames of our Pella windows. Lucas was prompt in responding to our request. He provided thorough information about the process to be used when prepping and painting our windows. His crew cleaned the windows, covered the window glass with plastic and the cedar siding with paper, used a primer to prepare the surface, spray painted with a premium exterior paint and used a coat of enamel to protect the finish. His crew was very professional and timely in completing the job. Moreover, they were respectful of our property and cleaned up all materials each day. We were very pleased with their work and the look of the windows upon completion.

Lucas and his team are great! They painted the shutters, some accent bricks and front door on the exterior of our house. I decided I didn't like the color I had chosen after they got about 2 hours in, and they were so kind and gracious about it. They helped me choose a replacement color and managed to complete the job within 1 day despite my setback. They were very careful around my new foundation plants and cleaned up everything very nicely when they finished. I already have them scheduled for some rooms inside the house in a few weeks. Fair price, great work and quick timeline - can't beat that!

Lucas was great at communicating. We hired them to paint our living room bathroom and a bedroom. They were really quick they got done 3 hours earlier than they said they would. They arrived on time. And when the job was done the price was what they said it would be before they started. When they were done they completed a walk-through and let me know if I had any follow-up they would be available.. My favorite part was The way Lucas talked to the employees. He told them periodically they were doing a good job,he didn't yell at them, he didn't use foul language. He was polite to the people he was working with and that goes a long way with us.

We couldn’t be happier with the job Lafayette Painting Company did on our home! From start to finish, their attention to detail was outstanding. Lucas was easy to communicate with, always responsive, and took the time to consult with us on color choices. He meticulously prepared each area to ensure a smooth, even finish throughout. The quality of the work is impeccable, and they completed everything ahead of schedule. They kept the workspace clean and respected our home, which we truly appreciated. I highly recommend Lafayette Painting Co to anyone looking for high-quality, professional painting services. Thank you, Lucas and team, for a job well done!

If I could give 10 stars, I would!! Lucas & crew were fantastic to work with and we couldn't be more pleased with their craftsmanship! From my first communication with Lucas, he understood how important it was to me that I bring our older house to life through modern painting choices. Lucas was nothing but patient and understanding as he guided me through that process. The company arrived on time, respected our project, cleaned-up without a trace, and most of all stuck to the quote. We look forward to teaming up again with The Lafayette Painting Co. as we continue to work on future painting projects. Thanks, Lucas!!

Lucas Powell of Lafayette Painting Company recently painted our house. The paint job, on our 38 year old aluminum sided house, was magnificent. But of equal importance was the care, attention to detail and Lucas interacting with my wife and myself to make sure the job was to our satisfaction. This was projected to be a five day job and he finished right on time. Lucas told us when to expect him and his helper to arrive each day and they were always on time.
We had much trepidation about having our house painted but Lucas made it a worry-free experience.
THANKS Lucas

Lafayette paint co was quick, efficient, respectful, and cleaned up their mess when done! We called and got on the schedule quickly, they did exactly what we were wanting done. They did great work on our 12ft tall stairway walls and were done in about 3 hours! They were respectful in keeping an eye out for our toddler and our cat to not go down the stairs and were very respectful in being quiet once our child was put down for a nap. They went above and beyond my expectations and would absolutely use them again!

I needed to have several rooms inside my house painted, including two very tall walls. I am so happy I found the Lafayette Painting Company!! I was able to get a quote very quickly, which was amazingly reasonable. Lucas and his crew showed up when they said they were going to, and they were wonderful to work with. They took great care making sure they cleaned up everything and that I was happy with the job. Most impressively was how fast they got my job done. I'm very satisfied with what they did and would highly recommend them!

Lucas from the Lafayette Painting Co does amazing work. Attention to detail is clearly important and quality work is as well. He has been professional since day 1 and extremely helpful, even helped us decide which color to stain our deck when we weren’t sure. The old deck had intense red color and the color he stained with covered it very well. He took one day to pressure spray it and only one day to stain the deck. I will 100% will use him for other projects at my house and 100% be recommending him to others.

Lucas was referred to me by another painting company that was too busy for my particular job. What a lucky break for me! Lucas quoted a very reasonable estimate, then followed through with an excellent painting job in a very timely manner, including thorough prep so that the paint only went where it was supposed to (unlike my last painting experience). I found Lucas to be professional, very knowledgeable about the process, efficient at painting, and very pleasant and personable. I highly recommend Lucas for any painting project you might have.

Lucas was a pleasure to work with start to finish. He communicated clearly, managed his time and team perfectly, completed the project ahead of schedule and without cutting corners.
An additional challenge was my absence. Lucas coordinated with me and my agent to ensure we were all on the same page. He sent updates regularly.
The end result is excellent, and I appreciated his insight and recommendations along the way.
Lucas was also able to help with power washing and sealing the porch and brick patio.
I highly recommend the Lafayette Painting Co.

My fiancé and I recently hired The Lafayette Painting Co. to paint our entire downstairs, as well as the upstairs hallway. It was not an easy job, as we have very tall ceilings in the entryway and living room. We could not be more thrilled with how it turned out, and with our experience, in general - absolutely 5 stars! Lucas is a true professional - he was communicative, fair with pricing, and completed the job in a very timely manner. You can tell he truly cares about the quality of his work and will stand by it! I would 100% recommend Lucas and his team, and we will certainly call them again when we’re ready for our next project!

Lucas and team were excellent with our recent fence staining. The day that I inquired about the job, he visited our property, explained all of our options, and put together a detailed quote the same day. Communication was excellent, and we always felt comfortable and informed about the whole process. Seeing him spend the extra time checking and touching up our fence after the job was completed shows that he takes great pride in his work. I would highly recommend his services and would use The Lafayette Painting Co for any future projects.

I hired Lucas to repaint my small business buildings. I had gotten a quote from another company and Lucas came in lower than they were. He sprayed the main part of the building and hand brushed the trim. He also caulked the holes and cracks to make sure water would stay out. He was able to get both locations painted in just two days. He did a great job keeping me informed of the status. I will definitely keep him in mind for future projects.

We used Lafayette Painting Company to paint the brick on the front and side of our house. They not only got back with me extremely quickly after my first inquiry, they had me scheduled within two weeks and had the work done within two days after starting. Extremely professional, cleaned up after themselves, and we have received compliments daily since the job was done! I would highly recommend!

Love my newly painted house! Lucas was awesome to work with. Price was as quoted, and I got updates every day on progress. The house wouldn’t be nearly as amazing without Lucas’s advice on colors and willingness to try different color combinations until we found just the right mix. Thanks Lucas and Lafayette Painting Co :)

Great!! Lucas had wonderful ideas about faux painting and gave me a lot of examples to choose from. He is an artist and his work reflects it. He is very professional and I would highly recommend him for any painting project no matter how small or large the amount of work may entail.

Lucas and his team did a fabulous job and were extremely professional while in our home. We hired them to paint our living room and kitchen including the vaulted ceilings. They showed great attention to detail in prepping the surfaces and also during the painting process. The job was finished in 1.5 days and they cleaned up nicely after themselves. I would definitely hire Lucas again and have already recommended him to several friends looking for a painting contractor.

Lucas was a breeze to work with. Provided a free quote, scheduled quickly, and did a fantastic job. We had the company power wash the siding and paint the trim. Lucas and his team went above and beyond taking their time cleaning every aspect of the home and even taking the time to move porch furniture and clean my front door rugs. I would highly recommend them for your painting needs.

Lafayette is lucky to have Luke! He was super quick to respond and was able to come out immediately to repaint my entire rental property. His pricing was a flat previously agreed upon rate that he worked with me on after coming over for a quote. He estimated it would be 2 days of work but he did it all in 1 with precise detail and a friendly attitude the whole time. He was so willing to help me out and definitely knew what he was doing!

Called Lucas and his team at Lafayette Painting Company to repaint our entire house. I chose this company based on all of the other reviews where people mentioned great communication, courtesy, and attention to detail. They lived up to all of the past reviews and more. Awesome communication, easy to schedule an estimate, and extreme pride in the work they do! Very helpful in talking to me about my color choices, etc. Great experience. Loved all of the attention to detail - will be recommending again and will use again!

I am so happy with the job Lucas and his helper did in my home! The communication was excellent, and he held true to his word on price and work ethic. Very polite and trustworthy, and the paint job looks wonderful. Everything was left clean and tidy and he even helped me take things off the wall before painting. Did extra stuff too that needed done. Thank you, Lucas! If I need painting again, you will be the one I call. I will also recommend you to my friends! - Patti Childes

I contacted Lucas to do a hallway (upstairs and downstairs) and a kitchen. Lots of hard to reach angles, tons of cutting, and a section of very high ceilings over a stairway. He and his team did a great job and only had 1 very small area that needed a touchup afterwards (I am very particular too). He didn't mind getting me a specific paint brand that I prefer to his usual brand. He came right over for the initial estimate and final inspection and was willing to work around my schedule. This is the first time I have used a paint company and I had a lot of trepidation about it but things worked out great and I would use them again!

Lucas did a great job painting our extensive deck, and he showed up when he said he would. His fee was affordable. He was very pleasant to work with including listening to our concerns about painting during a rainy week and pollen dropping on freshly painted surfaces. Overall, we would definitely hire Lucas again for other painting projects.

The Lafayette Painting Co really impressed me. They are professional, friendly, detail oriented, and provide great workmanship at a fair cost. I have a before and after post of one side of my home that was accumulating airborne algae and turning green . A Huge difference when cleaned and treated.

I will be referring them and using them again in the future! Thanks Luke & Team!!

Lucas was responsive, timely and respectful of our home. We contracted him for one high area of our home. After one day of painting and getting to know Lucas, we expanded the job. So far, he has painted our attached garage and one outbuilding. He will be returning to do more painting inside our house. The results are beautiful and neatly done. Lucas is just the kind of professional you hope you can hire.

Lucas with Lafayette Painting Co. did an amazing job powerwashing our house. He showed up on time and did the work quickly, but with quality. We also inquired with him about painting the interior of our house and he was an EXCELLENT communicator. He also has some of the most fair and flexible prices out there. My husband and I really appreciated his business style and we will absolutely be contacting him for future work! I would recommend him to any of my friends. Thank you, Lucas!

Lafayette Painting did a fantastic job painting my fence! I am extremely pleased with their work. Lucas was very professional and helpful and a pleasure to work with.

Lucas and his team were great. They painted our cabinets in our kitchen and cabinets in our bathrooms. Plus some walls and our fireplace mantel. It all looks better than i had expected. They work hard and they're really clean. I highly recommend them!

He took my dingy cabinets and transformed them into the exact look I was shooting for! Absolutely beautiful!

Lucas did an awesome job staining/painting our stairs and painting 2 new doors and trim. He was here when he said he would be and cleaned up every day before leaving. We couldn’t be happier and his price was fair. I’m already thinking of other areas we will have painted.

We are very happy with Lucas and his crew. They were professional, friendly, and very easy to work with. The price given for the work was more than fair and Lucas communicated well when there were adjustments that needed to be made. He was flexible with some additions that we wanted and made sure that we were happy when the job was done. I would definitely hire him again and recommend him to anyone needing a paint job done.

Lucas and company did an outstanding job. They pressure washed my house and deck, repaired some trim, and painted my house trim and deck. Everything looks great. Lucas was great about keeping in touch and keeping me updated. The crew was careful and top-notch. I highly recommend.

Lucas was great to work with for all our interior projects. Quoted a fair price with quality paint. Worked around our busy schedules. All his workers were very respectful and took pride in their work. Paint rolled our 16ft ceilings with ease, pride in his work, protected everything with cloth and cleaned up. They were very quick and professional. Would highly recommend.

I saw Lucas and his van while walking my Winnie, he waved, and so I figured I'd give The Lafayette Painting Co. a shot at the interior of my family home I had recently acquired. Am thrilled I did, as Lucas listened, explained products and procedure, and then he and his most-able crew proceeded to complete the work in 1.5 days. Fastidious, friendly and communicative, and proud of their work describes the employees at The Lafayette Painting Co. Quality paint and labor quoted at a fair price. Thanks to Lucas and his crew.

I hired them to paint our pergola. They did a great job! Gave the quote quickly and were able to schedule the job asap! Reasonably priced! They were detailed, fast and quick to follow up. Not sloppy! I will be hiring them again for our next project! Highly recommend!!

We can’t say enough good things about how Lucas transformed a neglected faded and peeling screened in porch and French doors into a fresh, beautiful area that looks brand new. He works so carefully and neatly, paying attention to small details. To top it off, he’s a really nice guy. Call him!

When we get ready to hire someone to work in our home -- we hope for someone responsible, punctual and able to do a great job. Lucas is exactly all that. We chose him for an "up high" painting project. After one day of his effort, we expanded the job and added more buildings. Lucas does a tidy and swift job. He is helpful and shared some painting tips with me. We are very satisfied with his work. He will be back to our home...soon, I hope.

We are thrilled with the results! The crew was professional, punctual, and worked with impressive efficiency. For the level of quality they provided, the pricing was very fair. Truly a 5-star experience. We will definitely be using them again for future projects! Cannot thank Lucas and his team enough!! Also such a relief to feel fully nested before the holidays now having the pressure of the interior paint job done before so grateful :)

He was great. We agreed on a price, which was very fair, and the job was done in a timely manner of five days. I love my kitchen. The cabinets are beautiful, and the walls look great.

Lucas and his crew at the Lafayette Painting company are phenomenal! Lucas was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The job we hired them to do was small but tricky, needing to get up to the top of our chimney on a very steep roof. They took the challenge in stride and did a great job, and the pricing was very reasonable. I'm very grateful I found this company and would definitely use them again - highly recommend!

I called for just a quick question since we are painting our home ourselves, and really had no clue what color to pick to match the brick. When I called a gentleman answered and immediately started giving me advice and even sent me a link to virtually pick the color. This helped tremendously. Taking the time to answer a silly question for us was super nice. Thank you. I'll be recommending you to my family and friends.

Highly recommend Lafayette Painting Co.! We moved into our first home and needed our stairwell painted. They provided excellent service that was easy to arrange and completed quickly. Lucas was great - he suggested doing a color split for the transition from kitchen to living room and it looks awesome. His experience and skill really shows through his work! Could not be happier with the results!

Lucas and his crew did a phenomenal job painting the interior of my new house. It was a large job, and they worked hard and diligently to get it done professionally and quickly with no mess left behind. Lucas is a real pleasure to work with, and made everything simple, fair, and affordable. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with the Lafayette Painting Co. again. Thanks for making my new house a home!

Lucas and his crew did an outstanding job painting my high vaulted living and kitchen areas as well as the master bedroom/bath. Perhaps more important than their attention to detail was their concern for my satisfaction. Genuine customer service is difficult to find, and their immediate follow-up was impressive. I recommend Lucas and his team to anyone who is as picky as I am!

I was really thankful for their flexibility working around some other contractors and they went above and beyond. It's the first time I've worked with a professional painter for my private property, and their team fully checked the boxes. I'll be calling Lucas and his team next time I need help.

We had Lafayette Painting clean and stain our deck several weeks ago. We were very pleased with the results and asked them to paint our basement.
